Coconut Calendar is looking for a world-class Enterprise Onboarding Project Manager who can deliver high value service to our fast-growing base of Enterprise clients.  You will provide onboarding and project management services to get the client up and running to help them maximize the value from our solution.  As a Coconut Calendar Enterprise Onboarding Project Manager, you play a critical role in our company’s success as well as creating meaningful connections that last for a lifetime.

You are passionate about engaging with your customers and working collaboratively to learn how Coconut Calendar solutions can make them successful, while expanding their use cases. You have fantastic project management skills, have previously worked in a professional services organization and want to work in an environment where culture and “doing it right” matter. You love the idea of being on the launch pad of a start-up with a talented and fired up team. Primary Responsibilities

  • Devise initial project plan and lead onboarding for full implementation of Enterprise clients.
  • Monitor the execution of various activities within customer and internal organizations. Communicate any changes to plan.
  • Track progress and report status internally and to clients throughout the project life cycle. Update tasks to reflect actual project status.
  • Manage resource scheduling and project time utilization.
  • Identify, analyze, and respond to project risks as they occur.
  • Coordinate transition from Onboarding to on-going Support at completion of project.
  • Ensure the project is delivered to specifications as outlined in the Statement of Work.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have the Following Qualifications and Skills

  • 1+ Years of experience Project Managing for Enterprise Clients
  • Understanding of technical jargon such as API’s and SSO, and how they work
  • Have a mandatory need for organization and conciseness
  • Know how to guide customers in a positive manner towards to the desired outcome
  • Knowledge of Project Management platforms
  • Understanding of how to deliver a SaaS solution
  • Passion for Customer Service and people in general – Sincerity and Authenticity
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Desire to be a part of high paced, high energy, start-up experience
  • Have a sense of humour and be a person customers love to be around
  • Certification to Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred
